including the ID Elite website, dashboard, and mobile application (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

ID Elite provides real estate brokers with a branded client-facing mobile app experience
and a web-based dashboard to manage their profile, information, and content.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally authorized to conduct real estate brokerage activities in your jurisdiction
to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws
and professional regulations.

3. Subscription & Billing

ID Elite is offered as a subscription service. Pricing and billing terms are presented at checkout.
Subscriptions may include a free trial period.

Billing is processed securely by Stripe. ID Elite does not store your payment information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal.

4. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge.
If not cancelled, your subscription will begin automatically at the end of the trial.

5. User Content & Profile Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you provide,
including your profile details, contact information, links, and listings.

You grant ID Elite a non-exclusive right to display this information within the Service
for the purpose of providing the app experience to your clients.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access,
or use the platform for unlawful, misleading, or harmful purposes.

7. Availability & Modifications

ID Elite may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service
if these Terms are violated or if required by law.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
ID Elite makes no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ID Elite shall not be liable for
any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
